Small Concrete Mixer
The Carmix One is the smallest unit available with a concrete yield of 1m³ per batch.
The fixed drum has a 1400 litre capacity and is fitted with double mixing screws, while the drum’s rotation is controlled by a hydraulic motor which controls the mixing and discharging speed.
The Carmix One’s loading arm is equipped with a self-articulated hydraulically operated 180 litre shovel and has a 310 litre tank with a water pump capable of pumping 400 litres per minute to allow efficient addition of water to drum during batching.
The Carmix One has an articulated chassis, designed for maximum manoeuvrability on off-road sites with an operating speed of up to 10km/h when loaded , 15km/h when empty and is capable of operating on gradients of up 30° fully loaded.
The Carmix One uses a volumetric batching method which allows it to be highly productive, with up to 5m³ of concrete per hour being produced.
